I am the Director and Founder of SGB HR Services, and I assist small businesses with their HR and People Agenda to ensure they implement standard ways of complying with UK Employment Law so they don’t end up with employment claims.

Graduating from Thames Valley University following the successful completion of Diploma in Personnel Management I am currently a Chartered Member (MCIPD) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. I have more than 20 year’s work experience within Human Resources and have worked in a number of different industries - from both the public and private sectors.
