DRDM - Diane Richardson

Diane is a Management Consultant specialising in Change Management with experience of Brand & Corporate Communications, Stakeholder Engagement and Cultural & Behavioural change. She has extensive brand, change and operations experience, driving transformation in the Third Sector, IT and Financial Communications sectors. This resulted in a £5.9m saving for one client in less than two years whist improving communications efficiency at the same time.

Whilst contracting for a large magazine printing house, Diane turned an annual loss of £2.76m into a profit of £.76m in less than 3 months, by reorganising shift patterns and changing working procedures. This also reduced the number of missed deadlines from 3 or 4 per week to less than 1 per quarter. Diane has also successfully project managed corporate brand and communication project worth £2.2m in fees.

Diane has extensive international customer and operations experience having lived in 8 countries, spent significant periods of time in another 8 and run projects in 72 different countries, whilst managing multiple stakeholders and working one to one with Director/CEO level clients. Diane has worked both "client side" (within large organisations) and for consultancies including Landor Associates and Wolff Olins.

In addition to running several one-2-one business coaching sessions and working of brand and strategy projects for various clients, Diane is currently producing and developing a nationwide You-Tube programme on Brand and Marketing, The Marketing Gem, which helps explain to small and medium size enterprises how they can solve some of their own brand and marketing issues, by studying how bigger organisations have solved Brand, PR and Marketing issues in the past.
