Using Emotional Intelligence In Situations

Michael Cohen of MI Coach was our guest speaker at SB alliance Business Networking lunch group on Wednesday at Black Pepper Restaurant in Hatch End.

Despite being the hotest day in nine years a blistering 35 degrees a blistering heat outside. The meeting took place in our own private dining suite we a welcome air conditioning. Michael discussed with the audience various senarios and a few exercises to establish how we would deal with an issue from an emotional response or rational approach using our intelligence to act or defuse a situation and give a more positive outcome.
