Terms And Conditions On Booking

Cancellation Policy
No refunds are available once your place has been booked and paid for. However, you may nominate a substitute attendee of your choice to take your place at no additional cost should you be unable to attend. The name of the substitute needs to be provided by email by 9.00 am 6 June 2025 at the latest on the day of the event. Email their details info@sballiance.co.uk

Hotel
In the event that the hotelt is unable to open for any reason, at the option of SB Alliance either a full refund will be offered or the booking will be transferred to another date in 2025

Organising Team and Guest Presenter
In the event that any members of our organising team or Neil Ben were unwell and not able to attend the meeting and we had to cancel the event. At the option of SB alliance we would either offer a full refund or the booking will be transferred to another date in 2025
